Week 20: What if.....
I know it's easy to say that we would "pray," but would you? It's easy to say that you might try to hide a Bible and read it in hiding, but would you? I know it's easy to say that you would either start or or try to find and become a part of an "underground" church movement, but would you? I know it's easy to say that you would still share your faith, but are you already?
Let's add to the situation. Should such a horrible day ever come to our nation, imagine the chaos that would ensue as a result. Your school would now be overtaken by the regime of the terrorist's mindset and form of government. Your freedom to own a business, to bank, to shop, to live the life you're living right now, would all be under the control of a power that is constantly watching for the slightest hint of rebellion against their beliefs. They will punish you if you rebel. What would happen to your faith then? How real is your faith now?

Week 19: Prayer is the Practice of Peace
We are to reveal a gentle spirit to everyone, and that can be very difficult, especially when interruptions, accidents, and the unexpected hit our lives. Prayer is the powerful tool that practices peace even in the midst of the toughest times. Listen to see how...

Week 18: Practice What You Preach
Take a look-see together at Matthew 23 and discuss what ways you might find yourself not 'practicing what you preach'. Also, talk about how we tend to follow folks that look and sound right to us. Is there a danger in there? How should we examine who we follow and how much of a person's life should we pattern our lives after? How does all this relate to following Christ?

Week 12: Fig Tree Time!
It's Week 12, and this week I want you guys to take some time together in John chapte 1, verse 43 through the end of the chapter. Take a look at the video and discuss it together. You might want to use the following questions to help it sink in amongst you. I'd love to hear from you. Let me know how the process of Discipleship is going by email me at rob@follow452.com.
1. What are some of your favorite things to do when you're alone?
2. What do you think Nathaniel was doing when he was alone after reading the story?
3. What changed in Nathaniel once he knew that Jesus knows and sees everything?
4. Are you the person that you want to be when only God is watching?
5. Are you taking intentional time to become a person that is prepared for greater spiritual things in your life?
6. What things can you begin doing that you're not doing now to become what you know that Christ is calling you to be?
7. What things can you do together as a group to help each other in becoming the people that Christ is calling you to be?

Week 10: God Did Not Use Evolution!
As you begin your school year, be prepared that the philosophies of this world are going to bombard you with the anti-Christ message of evolution. This week, Pastor Rob provides you with a longer video from a recent sermon that gives believers some key reasons, based on our faith, that we can see through the lie and believe the truth of the Bible's repeated account of God's spoken creation.
Take time together to pray for one another that you will have Godly wisdom and all spiritual understanding as you stand for Christ, knowing how to separate the truth from error. Discuss what ways you can both stand firm and love people that are struggling with this issue, or even trying to convince you to believe the lie.

Week 9: Adoption!
Do you often feel as if God may not love you any more? Do you struggle to understand the "kind" of God that God is? You will walk much closer to Him if you understand His character and nature as Father, or as the verse says, "Abba" or "Daddy" that has, through Christ Jesus, adopted you!

Week 7: Reflections on Creation and the New Earth
The Lord God said at the end of all He had made that it was VERY GOOD. We often think of eternity as very un-earthlike, but that isn't what Scripture says. Read together Genesis chapters 1 and 2; Isaiah 65:17,66:22; 2 Peter 3:13; and Revelation 21. Discuss together what God has in store for those who are in Christ and reflect on what images we see now in creation that will be seen again, though fresh and new and perfect in the new earth. What concepts have you had previously about eternity or forever? Were they in agreement with what you now see in Scripture?

Questions for Discussion with your group:
1. How do you currently get alone with God?
2. How have you seen God answer prayer?
3. Read Psalm 100 together. What is it saying about how we should approach the Lord?
4. What is a specific thing you can target to improve your time alone with Christ?
5. What are some things you can begin keeping track of in prayer for one another in your group?

Week 2: Prison Ministry & Bondage....
Okay, guys and gals...
Take a look together at the different Scripture passages that Becky mentioned.
1. Is it possible that, since you have come to Christ, you have returned to some things that are holding you back from fully living in freedom in Christ? ...could you be in bondage to some things again?
2. Talk together about some of the everyday issues you face when it comes to being in the Word of God in your own time and together with others.
3. Talk about what you might wish or long for if you could truly walk in total freedom and victory 100% of the time.
Pray for one another this week and seek to discover areas of your life that perhaps are still not handed over to the Lord to do whatever He knows is best for you, and for your future.
